Refund policy

Thank you for considering our return policy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request to return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fees.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders or belts due to them being made to order. All other items must be in their original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet these requirements.

To initiate a return, please contact us via the "contact" tab on our site. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return in your message.

We process returns once per week, so please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment as soon as we have processed your return. Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your account, depending on your financial institution.
